Volunteer Tasks

    • Event Logistics and Coordination: Assisting with the physical and technical preparations for training events, ensuring venues, materials, and schedules are organized and ready.

    • Instructional Media Production: Supporting the creation of demo videos and slide decks to make complex clinical or caregiving concepts easier to understand and visually engaging.

    • Technical Assistance: Providing "on-the-day" support for digital tools or equipment used during seminars, ensuring a professional and uninterrupted learning environment for all participants.

    • Initial Intake and Verification: Contacting new patients or inquirers to confirm that their information is correct and complete before it is passed to the clinical team.

    • Service Follow-up: Reaching out to families after a service has been provided to check in on their experience and maintain a supportive connection with the foundation.

    • Information Stewardship: Ensuring the accuracy of the foundation's database, which allows for more efficient and personalized care delivery.

    • Communication Bridge: Acting as a warm, professional voice for TRF, helping to ease the anxiety often felt by families during their first interaction with palliative and hospice services.
